What it is, how it's served and how to bring it to your venue.
What is Esencia de Viña?
It is wine served from −10 °C with a mousse texture. We keep the aroma, flavour and structure on the palate of the original wine and completely transform its texture and the way you enjoy it.
Which wines is it made with?
We have two wines: a white made with Chardonnay from DO Terra Alta and a red made with Carignan from the Montsant region.
Each keeps its own origin and personality.
At what temperature is it served?
Esencia can be served from −10 °C. To bring each wine to its ideal texture, we recommend about −11 °C for the white and −13 °C for the red.
Is it vegan? What ingredients and allergens does it contain?
The red is vegan and gluten-free. The white is gluten-free but not vegan. Both are GMO-free.

It contains alcohol.
How is it served?
Esencia comes in a 5 L Bag-in-Box and needs a dedicated serving machine, which we provide for your venue.
Our team handles the installation and gives your staff the training needed to use and clean it properly.
What happens if there's a problem with the machine?
Follow-up and support are included. We handle any problem and, when needed, replace the machine.
Can I add it to my business or event?
Yes. We work with hotels, restaurants, rooftops, beach clubs, events and catering.
The model includes the machine on free loan, product supply, installation, training and support.
